I provide therapy to children and adolescents with the following issues:
- Separation Anxiety
- School Refusal/Anxiety
- Specific Fears
- Panic Attacks
- Generalized Anxiety Disorder (Worries)
- Social Anxiety
- Selective Mutism
A typical session with me is 50 minutes in length. Each session typically begins with the parent(s) and the child. After some initial time together reviewing, educating, and setting out the current goals, the parents will be asked to wait in the waiting area while the child and I work together. The session then finishes with calling the parents back in to discuss our progress and goals for the next session.
I am available to provide parent training sessions to parents who are seeking strategies to help manage their children’s anxiety.
Session Fees
Individual: $170
- Fees are based on a 50 minute session and follow BCACC fee guidelines
- Fees are due at the end of each session and are payable by cash or cheque
- $40 office fee charged for cancelled appointments with less than 24hrs notice
